Peter Sr. has experience that ranges from the design and construction of Residential & Commercial Facilities to multiple Heavy Highway/Civil/Rail Infrastructure Projects

 

 

 

• 18+ years of Civil Engineering Design – progressing to Senior Design Engineer/ Engineer of Record. 

 

Responsible for grading, drainage, and site plan layout for commercial and residential facilities throughout New Jersey. Engineer of Record on portions of the design-build Hudson-Bergen Light Rail Program and the Newark   City Subway Extension and Vehicle Base Facility for New Jersey Transit

 

• 5 years of Construction Management on the 1985-90 NJ Turnpike Widening Program

 

• 15 years of Construction experience progressing from Project Manager to Vice President in a Heavy-Civil/Rail   Construction Contractor -- Responsible for the construction of several intermodal projects for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey; 

 

• Construction and Value Engineering Development at the Meadowlands Rail and Station Improvements as well as design-build construction projects for several private clients involving bulk liquid terminals for rail transport in chemical and petrochemical facilities.
